Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price of the goods. The exact shipping costs will be displayed to you during the ordering process and must be confirmed before completing your order.

Delivery Times
The standard delivery time is approximately up to 15 business days from the confirmation of your order. Please note that this delivery time applies to standard products and may be extended if you request a custom configuration of your watch. You will be promptly notified of any delays or changes to the delivery period.

Shipping Method
Our products are delivered via reputable shipping providers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking code to track the status of your delivery.

International Deliveries
For deliveries outside of Switzerland, additional fees and customs duties may apply, which are not included in our shipping costs. These fees are your responsibility and may vary depending on the legal regulations of your country.
