How can I configure a clock?
Send us a picture of the watch via the chat function at the bottom right of your screen and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can find the exact information about your desired watch in the product description under the corresponding picture of the watch.
When will my watch arrive / How long does shipping take?
If you have already received a tracking number, you can track your order via chat.
If you haven't received an email with a tracking number yet, please be patient. We are working on hand-crafting your watch and will let you know when it is on its way to you.

Is my watch waterproof?
No, the watch is not waterproof and we do not offer a warranty or service for water damage.
If you want to have the watch repaired after water damage, you will be charged for replacing the parts.
